Stainless Steel Tubing
The term tubing infers a variety of shapes, sizes, and uses. Used in many applications, square, rectangular, and round tubing can be found in architectural, structural, and mechanical applications. Whatever the case may be, Action Stainless can help you find the sizes, shapes, and grades that you are looking for.
There are multiple industry and government standards for tubing. Let us help you wade through the designations to find the size and grade you are looking for.

Spezilla's AP stainless steel tubings are produced acc. to the following process and inspection to assure our quality:
Our frequently requested non-destructive capabilities include eddy current, ultrasonic, hydrostatic pressure, and magnetic particle testing, fluorescent or dye penetrant, and both surface roughness and dimensional inspection. Dimensional measurements are made with a variety of gauges, including laser micrometers, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines. When size permits, an ID can be visually inspected with a borescope.
Common destructive testing capabilities include tensile testing, Rockwell hardness, stress rupture testing, flaring, flattening and bend testing. Tensile testing is performed on most mill products, and stress-strain curves can be provided if requested. Hardness tests are performed on most materials regardless of size. Flaring, flattening, bending and micro examinations are performed to evaluate the weld integrity of the tube.
Spezilla's AP Stainless steel tubing is used for many industries that require resistance to high pressures, high temperatures, and corrosive environments. These include, but are not limited to: petrochemical, gas, nuclear, food and beverage, and chemical plants. Various wall thicknesses are available to suit a range of pressure requirements, and several different finishes are available to achieve the desired aesthetic.
1. Oil & Gas Extraction
2. Chemical & Petrochemical
3. Nuclear Power
4. Food & Beverage Processing
