ASME SB338 Titanium Gr.2 Welded Titanium Tubes 25 X 0.7 X 8000MM for Heat Exchangers
Spezilla produces titanium welded tubing in accordance with ASTM/ASME standards in Grades 1 and 2 for construction of titanium heat exchanger equipment. Material is produced to customer order requirements in a diameter range of .75” (19.05mm) to 1.50” (38.1mm) OD and wall thickness between .020” (0.5mm) and .070” (1.78mm). Additional specification such as DIN, PED and customer specific specifications can be quoted following a review by the quality assurance and process engineering departments.
Welded titanium tubing is supplied to the latest revisions of ASTM B 338 & ASME SB 338 specifications, UT and Eddy-Current Tested.

5. Impact Test subject to Standard request.
6. Grain Size Test and Intergranular Corrosion Test.
7. Visual Test and Endoscope Test for Surface Quality Test
